Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused discs or gear in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in brand-new condition.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
